My name is Refael (Rafi) Bar and I am a Founder- Director at Turiya Management Consultancy (TMC). 

TMC is a Software management consultancy firm that enables customers go to market at the most efficient way, reducing cost and optimizing time to market.

More specifically, TMC specializes in setting up software engineering teams at a low cost location and provide a complete off-shoring solution from evolving off-shoring strategy to execution of the first project at the remote location. This allows startup companies to go to market in the fastest, most efficient and cost effective possible way, while focusing on R&D of the next product.

TMC has had numerous success stories in setting up software engineering teams in India, for US based companies. *Understand the key drivers and goals for off-shoring

*Develop an off-shoring plan which,
  • Identifies the areas of work that can be off-shored
  • Defines the off-shoring strategy
  • Defines timelines with clear milestones

  • Assist in developing the remote organization structure
  • Develop a hiring and training plan (using batches)
